Multicolouredplanet is a web site dedicated to showcasing some of the many amazing travel and adventure experiences that are out there in the world.

The site is designed to allow you to publish your own travel and adventure experiences and share them with family and friends. User's get their own homepage on the site (e.g. http://multicolouredplanet.com/Grundlefly) which summarises all of their content being shared. Any pages that are considered by multicolouredplanet to be interesting to the general public will be highlighted on the main site homepage.

Multicolouredplanet is fully integrated with Facebook (built upon Facebook's original "therunaround" template site but since upgraded to support their new OAuth 2.0 mechanism) which makes it simple for identifying yourself without the need for creating a new user account, allows for easy publishing of your new pages to your Facebook Wall, and lets your family, friends, and the general public interact with your page content leaving comments, questions and ratings.

Thanks to the site user's contributions, we hope that this collection of travels and adventures provides some helpful information for planning trips of your own, or inspiration for where to go next.
